1. Subscriptions
Creator Premium and GeoClick Plus are monthly or yearly subscriptions, billed by Stripe and renewed automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Founding Creators get Premium free for 12 months.
2. Creator store
- With an external link, the sale happens in the creator's store, without GeoClick's involvement.
- When selling through GeoClick, payment is processed by Stripe and paid out to the creator's account, minus the platform fee shown in the Studio.
- Digital products are available to download in My purchases, through temporary links.
- The creator is responsible for the product, for shipping physical products and for sales taxes.
3. Tips and priority messages
Tips and priority messages are voluntary support for the creator. Refunds follow the policy described in the Terms.
4. Reports
Products that break the community rules can be reported and removed by moderation.
